When completed, the site will be home to a mixture of commercial, retail, hospitality and public space. Assistance was given to the independent certifier in the assessment of extensions of time and delay costs claims made by Multiplex.

Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre
Melbourne Hospital, VIC

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s research and biomedical precinct, the VCCC offers Australia’s most advanced facility for cancer research, treatment and education. Services were provided to the principle contractor to deliver delay analysis of the highly complex façade as well as analysis of the associated data and communication trades.

Justice and Emergency Services Precinct
Christchurch, NZ

The CJESP is the largest combined justice and emergency services facility in Australasia. The site houses courtrooms, emergency service facilities and council chambers; as well as a host of major seismic restraint systems. Services were offered to Fletcher for both downstream (subcontractors) and upstream issues (client – government).

Grey Base Hospital
Greymouth, NZ

The redevelopment of Grey Base Hospital saw a major upgrade of modern health facilities and services available on the West Coast of South Island. The 8500m2 site included a 24/7 emergency department, operating theatres, maternity wards and a family health centre. GPS assisted the mechanical and plumbing contractor in the programming and delay analysis of the project.

The+Jewel+of+the+Gold+Coast

The Jewel of the Gold Coast
Gold Coast, QLD

Jewel is Australia’s largest beach front development, located in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. The development is made up of three distinctive towers which have been designed to included a five-star hotel, resident apartments and commercial and retail space. Multiplex was assisted in the assessment of its entitlements to EOT and delay costs.

Picton High School
South-western Sydney, NSW

As part of Schools Infrastructure NSW, Picton High School is being redeveloped to provide the latest education facilities. GPS contributed the planning and programming of the tender schedule as well as providing ongoing construction and target programs.  Additionally, delay analysis and agreements with the client of the major EOTs was facilitated.

Meadowbank TAFE is currently is the midst of being transformed and incorporated into the Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct. The new technology-focussed campus will be home to the TAFE, a new public school and Meadowbank Highschool. Greenwich Planning assisted the principal in the assessment of the contractor's EOT claims.

Holiday Inn Express

The Holiday Inn Express is primed the meet growing demand in Queenstown tourism with 400 suites situated in the centre of town. The design of the building combines abstract elements of resort's landscape history into the façade. Greenwich Planning assisted the principal in the assessment of the contractor's programming and delay claims.
